As the Vice President of the Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman Mr. Lucas Lo, established the Representative Office of Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Macau in January 2016 and was appointed as the Director of the Office. The Office would provide a platform for exchanging Chinese and Latin-American culture and resources. Meanwhile, Shaanxi-Macau Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. was also established to conduct business activities.
