The project is located in Xixian New District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is on the Sanqiao New Street, and is located to the South of Xi'an-Chengdu High-Speed Railway. The project has a gross floor area of 166,324 square meters and is composed of boutique apartments, residential as well as commercial office buildings. In order to support its participation in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, the business and office space will specifically cater to Latin American specialty sales exhibitions, tourism resources promotion, cultural performances and Sino-Latin American commercial, so as to promote the sharing of multilateral resources between Latin American countries and enterprises. This project is set to become not only a new city landmark, but also a focal point connecting central China to the world.
