In February 2017, Deputy Chairman Mr. Maximiliano Lo participated in the Inaugural Ceremony of the 4th Board of Directors and the First Annual Meeting of Shaanxi Overseas Friendship Association. Leaders of Shaanxi Province, Provincial Government, China Overseas Joint Association, Liaison Office of Central People's Government in Hong Kong and Macau, attended the meeting. 

In his speech, Mr. Lo summarized the past experiences in fostering connection and interaction with people from Hong Kong, Macau, China and overseas. In the future, he will continually support the economic and social development in China and foster stronger communication and cooperation between youths from Hong Kong, Macau, China and overseas.
