In December 2012, as the president of the Peru Chamber of Commerce in Macau and the Macau Peru Association of Returned Overseas Chinese, 

Chairman Lucas Lo invited more than 100 overseas Chinese leaders from 11 Latin countries including Spain and Brazil to participate in the large-scale cultural carnival "Parade through Macau, Latin City" and celebrate Macau reunification to China.
