In July 2015, the "Patriotic and Philanthropic Educator Lucas Lo Charity Project" was launched in Shaanxi, contributing donations to the irrigation and water projects in Wuqi County. It also donated hospital equipment and information management facilities to the Yanchuan Chinese Medicine Hospital in Yanan, health centers in Yongping Town, Wen'an Town, Yiju Community, Liangjiahe and Yuanjiagou Village.
